Overview:

I ordered the ePuffer electronic cigarette starter kit, but have yet to receive the unit. Apparently there was an issue in shipping from the company's distribution point in Canada to the United States.  When the ePuffer arrives, I'll post the review here.  (I also ordered the new Cohita electronic cigarette, too.  That'll be in a separate review).
